Shipping costs
For all orders to Austria we charge € 4,95 and Germany € 7,95
For bicycles & e-bikes we charge according to the price list.
*The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
*When returning the goods, the shipping costs will not be refunded
For deliveries outside of Austria and Germany, we charge the following shipping costs:
- Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia: € 15,-.
France, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Poland,Lithuania, Bulgaria,Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Latvia, Romania, Sweden: € 19,99
Switzerland: Shipping costs incl. customs fee 69.- ( we will issue a Tx Free invoice when shipping to Switzerland). - Schweiz: Versandkosten inkl. Zollgebühr 69.- ( wir stellen Ihnen bei Versand in die Schweiz eine Tx Free Rechnung aus.)
Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to your specified delivery address. The risk passes to the customer as soon as the delivery is handed over to the customer by the delivering parcel or postal service.
The following payment methods are available
- Credit card
- Your credit card will be charged upon completion of payment.
- Sofortüberweisung
- You will be referred directly to your online bank account via the service of Sofortüberweisung.de, where you set up a transfer of the order amount while you are still placing your order. After you have confirmed the transfer via TÜV certified payment system with PIN/TAN entry, your account will be debited immediately.
- Prepayment
- If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
